This 10ft feather flag banner can be ordered one sided or two-sided.  The hardware includes a fiberglass pole set and carrying case.  You can choose a ground stake for yard or soft floor installs or a stand-alone cross-base for a free-standing solution.
 
Keep in mind - the stand-alone cross-base will require weighted support in the form or weights or sandbags to withstand winds.
